STATE OF THE NON-RAPTURE

TEXT: GALATIANS 5: 19 – 21

MEMORY VERSE: 1Thessalonians 5: 3 “ For when they shall say, peace and safety; them sudden destruction cometh upon them as travail upon a woman with a child and they shall not escape”

INTRODUCTION

These sets of people or group of believers are those that will miss the rapture as a result of their secret faults and sin. For believer’s secret faults and unbeliever’s perverseness of hearts will course them to miss the rapture (Psalm 19: 12 – 14, Romans 1: 29 – 32). Therefore, let us lay aside every weight and sins, which easily besets. {Heb 12,1-2}

THE NON-RAPTURED- REASONS

1. Because of apostasy (Romans 1: 21 – 25, Ephesians 5: 5 – 7)
2. Because of fleshy desire (Colossians 3: 1 – 5, 1 Peter 3: 9, Galatians 5: 19 21)
3. Because of perverseness of their hearts (Mathew 15: 19 – 20)
4. For refusing to believe in Christ (John 3: 16 – 18)
5. For backsliding (Hebrew 6: 6, Philippians 3: 18 – 19)
6. For hypocritical acts. (1 Timothy 3: 5, 1 King 12: 54 – 57)

CONCLUSION

Beloved, the rapture is the ultimate. Therefore, let us lay aside every filthiness of the flesh, perfecting holiness in the fear of the Lord
